Meet Caroline Cheeseman
Caroline Cheeseman began her career in the care industry 20 years ago in the NHS enjoying her role as a Care Assistant in A&E where she worked for 5 years. She then transferred to the private sector as a home manager where she has cared for residents with nursing, residential and dementia needs adopting a person centred, holistic approach to support physical and mental wellbeing. Caroline is very much a hands on manager who prides herself in getting to know each resident and their families to ensure that the best level of high quality care and support is provided to everyone, believing that our residents are at the heart of everything that we do.

Our residents and staff are what make Groveland such an enjoyable place to live and work. Nicola and her team are dedicated to providing the best service and give residents an enriching and stimulating experience.
My name is Sandra Sudds and I have worked at Groveland Park for 7 years. I started as a carer and worked my way up to become a Senior which I am very proud of. I enjoy my job, I interact well with my fellow staff members and have a great rapport with all our lovely residents. I like spending time with my husband and my 2 sons and 5 grandchildren, they love keeping me on my toes but family is so very important to me.
My name is Tracy Hart I have been working here at Groveland Park for 7 years and have enjoyed every minute, especially when I see the residents enjoying the activities that the events team have organised. I especially enjoy it when we have singers performing as the residents love a good old boogie and sing along and it’s warming to see the smiles on their faces. I enjoy spending time with my family and love socialising and eating good food.
My name is Debbie Rutty and I have worked here at Groveland Park for 5 years as an Activity Co-Ordinator. I love that I am able to put a smile on our lovely residents faces by offering a variety of physical, mental, creative and sensory activities. In my spare time, I love going on camping adventures with my partner and our family.
My name is Lisa Ireland and I have been working here at Groveland Park for 7 years. I have 20 years’ experience being a chef and I get great satisfaction in cooking for our lovey residents and seeing the delight on their faces. I love spending time with my family and love taking Albert my English Bulldog out for walks.
My name is Nicola Lloyd and I have been the administrator at Groveland Park since June 2020 but was on reception at Groveland Park for 2 years before that. I feel very privileged to work here at Groveland, I love interacting with our lovely residents and our friendly staff - it’s a very rewarding role. I love to spend time with my Granddad and 3 nieces and nephew.
