Welcome to Groveland Park Care Home, Caroline Cheeseman! 

Our “meet the manager” event was very successful. Our residents, family, friends and staff had a wonderful time getting meet and spend time with our new General Manager, Caroline Cheeseman!

Caroline began her career in the care industry 20 years ago in the NHS enjoying her role as a Care Assistant in A&E where she worked for 5 years. She then transferred to the private sector as a home manager where she has cared for residents with nursing, residential and dementia needs adopting a person centred, holistic approach to support physical and mental wellbeing. Caroline is very much a hands on manager who prides herself in getting to know each resident and their families to ensure that the best level of high quality care and support is provided to everyone, believing that our residents are at the heart of everything that we do.

We are so excited to welcome Caroline to the Groveland Park family and look forward to all the great things she will accomplish with us.
