Today, at Groveland Park, we were honoured to welcome the wonderful Mayor of Bexley who brought a book of condolence for our late Queen Elizabeth II. This was such a thoughtful gesture by the Mayor as he appreciated that not all can get to the Civic Centre to leave their messages so he brought the book to them.

 

Tom, one of our residents, wrote a prayer that he had selected in the book and at the grand age of 104 is going to welcome his 5th monarch, King Charles III… not many can say that!

 

It was such a lovely day and  our residents and staff at Groveland Park want to thank the Mayor of Bexley for visiting us!
