We begin with a delightful visit to The Bridge Care Home for a heartwarming tea party, providing a wonderful opportunity for socialising and building friendships over tea and treats. Next, unleash your creativity with Creative Mojo Arts & Crafts sessions, where residents can engage in hands-on art projects, fostering creativity and a sense of accomplishment. To cap off the month, we’ll embark on a picturesque Greenwich to Westminster boat trip along the Thames, offering stunning views of iconic landmarks and a refreshing change of scenery.
